Related Party Trans - Concerns - Companies Act, 2013

The Companies Act, 2013 states the non applicability of the provisions pertaining to Related Party Transactions to transactions in ordinary course of business except those which arm's length price. However, there is no defination or clarification as to what activities constitute "ordinary course of business" for the said purpose. This needs to be addressed by the MCA so as to bring about some definitive meaning as to what is meant by ordinary course of business for the same purpose.
