Judicial Intervention for Setting Aside an Arbitral Awar

.Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short “Arbitration Act”) empowers the court to set aside an Arbitral Award only in certain situations, if an aggrieved party submits an application for the same.
