The Photographs and images of Ms. X, an Indian woman, (herein referred to as the Petitioner) were taken from her social media accounts, Facebook & Instagram, and posted on the various pornographic website by some unknown identity without her knowledge and consent despite the requisite privacy settings on her social media account. Her pictures were not otherwise offensive but became offensive being shown in association with the pornographic website
