Car Financer - whether Financial Creditor under IBC - Volkswagen Finance Pvt Ltd Case

The appeal in the present case, Volkswagen Finance Pvt. Ltd. vs. Shree Balaji Printopack Pvt. Ltd., [Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 02 of 2020] has been filed by the Car Financer (for short “Appellant”) before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) against the impugned order dated 8.11.2019.passed in CP (IB) No. 391/ND/2018 of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
