The Supreme Court in its recent judgment dated 31.07.2020 in the matter of Ravinder Kaur Grewal & Ors. vs. Manjit Kaur & Ors.held that a Memorandum of Settlement (for short “MoS”) entered between members of the family is not required to be registered.
